Please see below for all up to date information regarding our 5 a side tournament.
Entrance – this year we will be using two entrances, this may change closer to the event.
Entrance 1 – our main entrance off of Bicester Road between the Village Hall and Primary School. This entry does have a large dip so if you have a low vehicle please use our alternative entrance.
Entrance 2 – this will be situated at the bottom of the hump back bridge coming into Launton and will be a LEFT HAND TURN ONLY, if you approach with the entrance on your right please continue over the bridge, around the round about and come back with the field on your left.
Parking – this is as some of you may know within a field next to the ground, this is a working field used and owned by a local farmer. Therefore it is not flat ground, please be aware when travelling to us with a low suspended vehicle.
Parking Fee – we are charging £3 per car, £1 of this will be donated to the local Cancer Support and Therapy Centre, The Hummingbird Centre, please show your support on the day.
Programmes – these will be available for each team on registration, should you require an extra copy there will be a small charge, please speak to the volunteers on the Registration Desk.
Registration Desk – you will find the desk on or close to the patio in front of the club house facing the pitches. There you will receive your programme and a bin bag for your team’s rubbish through out the day. Please make sure all litter is placed within the bin bag.
Pitches – TBC
Referees – please be aware we will have some younger referees on the day, show your support to them and Respect all of our referee’s decisions. We will be having a Head Senior Referee who is to be confirmed.
Refreshments – we have everything you need during the day.
Morning – teas, coffees and bacon sandwiches will be served from the start of the registrations and should be outside on the club patio.the fully licensed bar in the club house, via the bar and via the hall will be open from midday.
BBQ – the BBQ will be available from approximately midday, serving burgers, hot dogs and veggie burgers. From here you will be able to get teas, coffees, water and ice lollies
Bar – the bar will be open from midday, all soft and alcoholic drinks will be available from the bar directly and from the hall.
